At Wonder Connection, we are absolutely committed to providing a safe environment for children, teens, and families. We follow all infection control protocols as set by UNC Health. Our Safeguarding Children policy details the procedures and protocols we use to keep children and teens safe from abuse. We utilize tools such as policies, background checks, child safety training, monitoring, supervision, and reporting to safeguard the kids and teens we serve. We believe Wonder Connection should be a place where every child, teen and family member finds a safe space to create, explore, and find joy.

We believe the more people know and understand our policies, the safer we can be in every environment. Please read our safeguarding children policy and let us know if you have questions or comments.

If you have concerns of any nature about Wonder Connection staff or volunteers, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Katie Stoudemire, Child Safeguarding Officer and/or fill out this online form.
